Eligibility:

          Female artist, 18 years and older, residing in Fayette, Woodford, Scott, Bourbon, Clark, Madison or Jessamine Counties, Kentucky

          Artwork in any medium is accepted and must have been completed in the last three years

          2D artwork may not exceed 36 inches in width including frame and be ready for hanging

          3D artwork may not exceed 30 pounds.  Any special installation requirements need to be approved by the curator

          Artist is responsible for delivery and pickup of artwork

Submissions:

         Submissions open January 1st 2025 via JotForm (link coming January1st, 2025)

 Artists may submit up to three images for consideration.  Submission fee $40 for 1-3 images

 Images must be labeled in the following format:   lastname_first initial_title of piece (ex. Smith_J_Peas in a Pod)

 Keep image size to under 5Mb each. 

 Submission does not guarantee entry into this exhibition. 

Decision of the curator is final     

Electronic submissions must be submitted through the JotForm only (link coming January 1st, 2025)
